Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping takes 5–7 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days. Delivery estimates are a general guide and are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
No — we currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, with all tags, straps, and accessories included. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to personal preference, the customer pays return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
Is there a restocking fee?
No — there is no restocking fee.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
No — we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not already entered processing or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
When tracking information becomes available, we send a shipping confirmation email. You can also look up your order on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
