Welcome to Flairal. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you visit flairal.com, use our website, or place an order with us.
By accessing our website or purchasing from Flairal, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use Flairal, our products, or our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use flairal.com in a lawful and responsible manner. Unless Flairal gives you written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content or any part of our services. We may refuse service, limit purchases, restrict access, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary and where permitted by applicable law.
3. Product and Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, including product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other product details. Occasionally, information may contain an error or require an update. If we discover an error, we may correct or update the affected information. We also make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, your screen, device, and display settings.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices displayed on Flairal are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Product prices may change from time to time. The price shown when you place your order will normally apply to that purchase, subject to the correction of genuine pricing, system, or technical errors where permitted by applicable law. Applicable taxes may be calculated and displayed during checkout.
5. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. Flairal may limit the quantity of certain products, discontinue a product, restrict a purchase where reasonably necessary, or update product availability without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we are unable to fulfill it, we will contact you and take the appropriate action regarding the affected order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Flairal currently ships within the United States only. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Our standard shipping schedule is:
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days
Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. 7. Orders and Payments
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders must be successfully paid before they can be processed for shipment. The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Flairal does not store your complete credit or debit card details on its own systems. All transactions are charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed at checkout.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as suspected fraudulent activity, a genuine pricing or technical error, inventory availability, inaccurate customer or shipping information, or unusual or potentially unauthorized order activity. If Flairal cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, any refund due will be returned to the original payment method.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Our current return terms include:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Restocking fee: $0
- Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an item because of personal preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, color, or style
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Flairal for review and return instructions
- A prepaid return shipping label may be provided where applicable for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to make a refund visible in your account. Flairal does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible purchase in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order. 9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase when they have not already entered processing or been shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that cancellation will still be possible.
10. Privacy
Flairal respects your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we may use or share that information, and the privacy choices or rights that may be available to you.
11. Errors and Corrections
Despite our efforts to maintain accurate website information, occasional errors may occur. These may include typographical errors, pricing errors, incorrect product information, availability errors, or technical or system errors. If an error is discovered, Flairal may correct the affected information. If the error affects an order that has already been placed, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and contact you when appropriate.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use Flairal or flairal.com for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; to violate the rights of another person or organization; to provide intentionally false, fraudulent, or misleading information; to introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology; to interfere with the security or normal operation of our website; to attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or customer information; or to scrape, copy, or exploit website content for unauthorized commercial purposes. Flairal may restrict access to its website or services when these Terms are violated and may take additional action where appropriate and permitted by law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Flairal name, website design, written content, graphics, branding, logos, and other original materials appearing on flairal.com are owned by Flairal or used with appropriate authorization, except where otherwise stated. You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes. Nothing in these Terms gives you permission to use Flairal branding, content, or intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
14. Third-Party Services
Flairal uses third-party service providers to help operate our online store and provide services to customers. These may include providers involved in website hosting, payment processing, shipping and delivery, analytics, marketing, fraud prevention, and customer communication and other technology services. Certain third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. Flairal is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flairal will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce consumer protections or rights provided to you by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, limited, or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, products or services, website functionality, technology, operational requirements, or legal or regulatory obligations. The latest version of these Terms will be published on this page. Updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
